Tracy is a smartphone application that allows you to place a message in a given location (geolocation) in order to make benefit other people around from your experiences and feelings. Other users can comment, vote for your message but also share your messages via SMS, email and social networks.
Be careful, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
